 Can I buy a subscription for someone as a gift?

Of course! Happy Baby Boxes subscriptions make an AMAZING and GENEROUS baby gift. It’s easy too! Just indicate this on the product page where it says “Is this for you or a gift?” and at checkout by entering the name and the address of your recipient in the shipping address section. For single boxes, you can also do this and a gift notification will be sent to the recipient. You can always also enter a personalized note inside any of your gifted boxes.

We offer a Gift Registry to make it easy.

I just placed my order, when can I expect my subscription to arrive?

Within 24 hours, you will receive an email confirmation with an estimated time of delivery. We do our best to deliver each box two weeks prior to the start of either the applicable age (i.e. for the 0-3 month box, we will try to deliver two weeks before the due date) or climate (i.e. for the winter box, we will try to deliver two weeks before the start of the winter season).

Is your packaging recyclable?

Of course! Our shipping boxes, tissue paper and decorative paper shred are made from 100% recycled material and are easily recyclable.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries (though shipping and delivery times vary).

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

In Canada, shipping is FREE for subscription boxes. In USA, shipping is $15USD flat rate per box for subscription boxes to all states except Hawaii. Otherwise shipping will be calculated at check out and will vary depending on your location. Shipping typically takes 2-10 business days depending on location. If you have an urgent delivery requirement, choose the expedited delivery option at checkout for an additional fee or message us at info@happybabyboxes.com for more info.

What's your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for change of heart or shipping delays outside of our control. We cannot accept returns due to hygienic reasons. However, we appreciate your business and under the following conditions we will consider accepting returns and providing replacement products: if you receive your product in faulty condition or there is substantial damage to items in shipping. To be considered, please email us a high resolution photo of the damaged or faulty product within 7 days of receiving your box. Additional shipping costs may apply. Why did I receive a product that is different than the one on your website?

In rare cases, products may vary in colour, manufacturer or model due to availability, manufacturer changes or shipping times. We stand behind all products that we ship. All variances will be similar in quality and features, and will be of equal or greater value.

What's your cancellation policy?

Subscriptions may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • We've made cancelling easy! Just email us at info@happybabyboxes.com at any time to get your account details and a hassle-free cancellation option. If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next box is packaged and shipped or you will continue to be billed as per the terms herein. Those details can be viewed in your account at anytime.
  • If the subscription is cancelled within 5 days of initial purchase/sign up and no products have been shipped by Happy Baby Boxes, then a full refund and cancellation shall be provided.
  • Each subscription box has a full retail value, including shipping, processing and handling, that must be paid in full prior to any cancellation. The full retail value for each box is equal to the total subscription lifetime retail value (for example: $165 x 4 = $660 for a 4 box subscription) divided by the number of boxes/shipments. The subscription can only be cancelled once the cost for all boxes that have already been packaged and shipped has been paid in full. Is the Happy Baby Boxes subscription and gift boxes only for new parents? Or existing parents too?

While Happy Baby Boxes are the perfect product for new parents, we find that lots of repeat parents still enjoy our subscription and gift boxes because they might need or want new clothing, essentials and toys. Babies go through A LOT of stuff; we make it easy for new AND existing parents to get through baby’s first year and we are constantly researching and sourcing new “must haves.”

What do I do if I have twins??

First of all, congrats!! That is double the fun, so just double your order and send us a note; we’ll help you have fun with both boxes you receive and give you a 10% discount on the second box (use promo code “TWINS!”). For more info, please email info@happybabyboxes.com.

Do you allow substitutions? What if I already have a pacifier, for example?

You will receive an email one week prior to your box being shipped with a list of all of the items you will be receiving. Within reason and where possible, we will try to accommodate one substitution of equal or lesser value per box. For more info, please email info@happybabyboxes.com.

What COVID-19 precautions are Happy Baby Boxes taking?

Happy Baby Boxes is taking the pandemic VERY seriously and is taking ALL recommended precautions, including using masks and gloves during handling, individually wrapping most items and ensuring that all items are not in contact with anyone for a minimum of 3 days before shipping.
